Rule 51
Debt Recovery Officer
: (1) The Ministry may appoint any officer working in the Ministry or Department as a Debt Recovery Officer to implement the decision of the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
(2) The Debt Recovery Officer shall also act as the Administrative Head of the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
